I know it's been a while since I posted a vocal cover on my channel so I told myself, let's give them SOMETHING... even if it's a song I already did on my Patreon. This one is another one of my favorite Sleep Token songs and the last one I'll do for a hot-minute so I hope you guys enjoy.

@@TheFrenchmanCooks It's not terrible, all things considered. You can tell he doesn't have as much practice clean singing, but that isn't a bad thing. Also, you have to consider, Vessel has such an iconic style at this point that anything that is a little away from that seems much worse than it actually is, specially when you're doing an original take. I think Will did good considering all those factors; I specially like his growl/harsh vocal add ins, which is something I would do if I covered Sleep Token because Vessel has such particular low/mid sustains that it's hard to get that feel right if you don't have the right range.
If I could just have a whole Playlist of Will Ramos covering Sleep Token I'd be very appreciative ❤

@@Mikkogram I'm glad someone said it, I think he needs more training with the clean voice (if only he were friends with a vocal coach, eh?!) and he would have the confidence to lose the auto-tune, but it's quite heavy at the moment, I'm surprised more people haven't mentioned it. Younger listeners probably don't even notice it any more. I'm really not a fan of it, but I also believe he can do better.

If you aren't aware, he has a couple other ST covers on Patreon, and he/Nik also released Hammer Smashed Face the same day this was released if you want something on the complete opposite side of the spectrum. No Paula on that one though since it was recorded 2 years ago, but Nik said they've got like 4-5 more covers coming.
