Robyn had a lien on her house in Vegas for the medical bills.. Look at the Clark County records.. Preston didn’t want his everything to stay in his children’s life. Robyn and Kody were the problem.. Preston didn’t want kids being part of the show..

David's family gave Robber the 36 thousand dollars to clear her debts, but she spent that on herself too. David was never abusive to Robber but she was pretty abusive and crappy to him in my opinion.
We have seen Kody and Robyn make up all kinds of lies to get what they want. Just imagine how many lies they've come up with we haven't actually seen on the show!! They have no problem lying, cheating, or stealing to accomplish what they want and make money. I have no doubt that Robyn wanted to rewrite history and give her kids a daddy that had the ability to provide much more financial perks. Dumping David Jessup and trashing him as a father was just the way to do that.
The worst part was Meri didn't do because she loved Robyn. She didn't even do it because her love for Robyn's children, but because it was the last resort to try to get back at Kody's good side. She resisted so much but eventually caved. Jersey is the same way u can't take a child and move cross state lines. She also threatened him his half of Daytin 30K medical bill for when with Kody he had the accident.

I agree with most of what you have said but would love clarification on a couple of things as I don't know hoe the law works in USA. You said he went to court to request an end to paying child support? If he could go through the courts for that then why not visitation? Did Robyn take the kids out of ste and if so wasn't she legally bound to inform him? Also couldn't he go to court and represent himself ?...That's what I did during my divorce and sorting out custody and visitation? There was no way I wasn't going to fight to have my kids. It seems like the father has so many excuses but am I incorrect in thinking he could have gone to court without a lawyer? I agree with most of what you have said but would love clarification on a couple of things as I don't know hoe the law works in USA. You said he went to court to request an end to paying child support? If he could go through the courts for that then why not visitation? Did Robyn take the kids out of ste and if so wasn't she legally bound to inform him? Also couldn't he go to court and represent himself ?...That's what I did during my divorce and sorting out custody and visitation? There was no way I wasn't going to fight to have my kids. It seems like the father has so many excuses but am I incorrect in thinking he could have gone to court without a lawyer? Also to clarify I do not like Robyn but I also want the truth and my thoughts to reflect that. Thanks.
