I find that now in singapore people are getting so stressed and with pant up anger. You walk on the streets you see grim expressions on people not smiling faces. The society is different compared to the 80s ..you can see old clips of news of singapore. You can see people smiling genuinely unlike now. It's v sad.
Many people scardy that if they call 999 but nothing happen. Like I'll treat family members they will be sentences to court or jail anyhow report. So they dare not to call 999 when they heard qurraling. Actually you call 999 maybe you will save life's. So actually Singapore police officers should have an advertisement on the life's area to tell residents if they see or heard suspect qurraling or someone going to felling down from high flooth can immediately call 999 or 995
